I-mode portal I have i-mode on my new mobile phone, which allows me to browse the (i-mode-)web when I'm not near an uplink. But I think that a lot of the online services for i-mode either suck, or have to be paid for, which I don't want. Since most information is available freely on the web (be it in RSS feeds, or through XML services), I wanted some of these services to be adapted to fit my personal needs. I created my own i-mode portal with some useful tools. I now have RSS feeds interpreted for compact html, I hacked weather.com's XML service to provide me with some local weather info in compact html, and some other, probably less frequently used features, ...

Consume I've been playing with Inkscape some more today, and designed the coca-cola-styled bottle, shown here. It's somewhat pseudo-photo-realistic. Els and I went to visit our local art school, we could observe some of the students there. Some of the students were painting bottles, and I wanted to do something similar in Inkscape, which resulted in this bottle.
